The file import feature allows you to import various items (Influence Diagram/Decision Tree model, DPL Program, Risk Profile Data, etc.) into the currently loaded DPL Workspace from other DPL files, including from older versions of DPL.
To import items
- Select Home | Workspace | Add to WS | Imported....
- Click Browse to find the .da file from which you wish to import. Note: you may also import from DPL .inf files and from .DPL files.
- The File Contents box will be updated automatically with the models, programs and risk profile datasets contained in the selected file.
- Select the items you wish to import. Click Select All to import all items.
- Click OK.
Note: you may also type the path and name of the file directly into the From: box instead of browsing. If you do this, click Update Contents to display the contents of the file in the File Contents box.
