This error means that an Influence Diagram variable was supposed to override a DPL Program variable, but the specified variable was not found in the DPL Program. If you are working with a converted spreadsheet, during conversion you should check the conversion option "Always Prefix Names with Sheet Name" and uncheck "Convert Range Names to Lower Case".
