Event Tornado Diagrams replace lotteries for events with their expected values. This may not be appropriate in some circumstances, such as when the value of the event should be a whole number but the expected value is a fraction. The Always Gamble specification overrides this behavior for a particular chance event so it is never replaced by it's expected value. This option can specified under the Special handling of this chance section of the Tree Instance tab of the Node definition dialog.
