The Review Index Information dialog provides an interface to providing more specific information on the Review Periods and Review Tags. It further assigns each of these period/tag with a unique integer code.
Review Period
The Review Period can be used to identify a specific time period for the dataset, such as quarter, month, or year (e.g., 1Q 2018, 1/2018, or 2018). To specify, under the Review Period section click the Add button. DPL will supply a period named Period 1 within the Label column and assign a integer code of 1 by default. Select it and press F2 to rename the period. Add further review periods by clicking Add and renaming them (they are named Period2, etc. by default).
If you'd like to edit the code associated with the selected period, click the Edit Code button and enter the desired code within the dialog.
To delete a Review Period select it and click the Delete button.
Review Tag
The Review Tag can be used to identify a dataset by the purpose for which it was used, such as "Senior Management Review", "Annual Portfolio Submission", or "Quarter End Review". To specify, under the Review Tag section click the Add button. DPL will supply a tag named Tag 1 within the Label column and assign an integer code of 1 by default. Select it and press F2 to rename the period. Add further review tags by clicking Add and renaming them (they are named Tag2, etc. by default).
If you'd like to edit the code associated with the selected tag, click the Edit Code button and enter the desired code within the dialog.
To delete a Review Tag select it and click the Delete button.
