About DPL Premium Care
Perpetual, commercial licenses of DPL include 90 days of Premium Care. You will
receive a renewal notice approximately one month before your Premium Care expires. If you did not
receive a notice and would like to renew your Premium Care, please contact
sales.
All annual, commercial licenses include Premium Care.
Getting Support
While on Premium Care, you can send an email to
Syncopation Support or call
+1 866 796 2375 (+1 978 233 2509 outside the US) and press 2 at the voice prompt.
Before calling, please have the following information at hand:
- Your serial number
- Your 5-digit DPL release number (DPL 7.XX.XX, see Help | About DPL)
- The version of Windows on your computer
- The version of Excel, if applicable
- The precise wording of any error messages, if applicable

to 5:30 p.m. US Eastern time (GMT-5).
